Welcome to T.S.F.

Trestle Strength + Fitness was originally started in 2013 by Bob Smibert. We are proud to continue and expand upon what Bob started; providing expert coaching, building our community within the gym and ensuring affordability for the service received. Our premium services are tailored for all ages and fitness levels.
​We offer our clients a wide range of services from strength training, mobility, nutrition, and personal training. Our inclusive gym gives members the opportunity to have variety in their workouts, created by fitness professionals.
