In this CrossFit style class you will learn techniques required to safely lift weights & gymnastic movements. We will concentrate on movements that support functional fitness. This hour includes a warm up + mobility, followed by a skill session, ending with a high intensity workout. The class is open to everyone but space is limited to 8.

This stretching class is a great addition to your regular workouts + beneficial to all ages and abilities.
