Experience the ultimate workout. Our coaches will lead you through your warm up, workout + cool during your time with them focusing strength, agility, mobility, and endurance.  
​We are located just steps from the high school + Pyramid Centre.
SCHEDULE A CLASS

F.I.T.

Barbells + Bumpers

T.S.F. offers 1 hour of Functional Interval training. It is a fun and organized workout that you can do in a small group of people working towards the same goal.
Cardiovascular conditioning • Lower resting heart rate • Normalized resting blood pressure • Overall functional strength • Fat Loss • Stronger Bones • Knowledge of proper exercise technique with the most up concepts in fitness • Increased Energy • Better Balance


 In this CrossFit style class you will learn techniques required to safely lift weights & gymnastic movements. We will concentrate on movements that support functional fitness. This hour includes a warm up + mobility, followed by a skill session, ending with a high intensity workout. The class is open to everyone but space is limited to 8.

Personal Training 60/30 min

Work one on one, one on two, or one on three to achieve your health + wellness goals!  Our personal training support includes a free initial assessment and a program designed to meet your needs.

Work with your coach to learn or improve a skill or movement.  Looking to get your first pull up, rope climb or toe2bar?  See results and achieve your goals!

Mobility

In this class we utilize different techniques to increase range of motion and reduce the effects of joint pain. Many tools are used to achieve this including bands, balls + body weight. This stretching class is a great addition to your regular workouts + beneficial to all ages and abilities.

Yoga

Physical movements, breathing, and mindfulness sequences designed to relieve muscle pain + stiffness, improve circulation, increase energy levels and improve muscle tone.

Nutrition 

Contact us for nutritional support to compliment your workouts.  Our Precision Nutrition certified coach will assess and provide you with a plan to support you with improving your nutrition lifestyle.
